The customer service was very responsive, and the refund for the deposit was processed within 24 hours. The view of Lost World Tambun was spectacular, and the washing machine with a dryer function was very convenient. The only inconvenience was that there was only one parking access card provided, despite there being two parking spots. I hope the owner can provide a second access card in the future.

But really not far, like a less than 5min walk to the beach and some tiny stores/places to eat.You are surrounded by nature and sometimes even hornbill birds come to visit the pool area. The pool is clean and simply great to have in the heat (but don't expect a really cool pool, the water is still rather warm;)). The 'common area' is beautifully decorated and the free coffee and tea make it a great area to relax in. We enjoyed the remoteness of the place greatly. The couple who runs the hotel is friendly.

In addition to a year-round outdoor pool, the guest house also offers kids pool. My little son loved the aframe cottage, the dipping pool and the well mentained garden. There is also a fridge and very clean outdoor facilities to make tea and coffee in morning. The property is very near to the hornbills and in walking distance to coral beach but it is still very quiet. The owners were fantastic and very kind. They answered all my emails very fast, changed our ferry tickets and took us with their lovely family to the ferryport. It was one of the best stops on the whole journey!
