The grounds had lush gardens with a beautiful pool and seating areas. The hotel is located a few blocks from the sea boardwalk/malecon. There is a bakery and grocery store a few minutes walking distance. The concierge America was extremely helpful. She helped make our stay in Isla Aguada amazing.

The rooms are equipped with a balcony with views of the garden. Wonderful place in the "jungle". We stayed here for two nights to arrange the Calakmul visit and we are very happy with our decision. Everything was nice: a big bed, kitchenette, cleanliness in the bungalow, jungle surroundings. Thanks to the host.

I loved it so much that I’ve come home inspired to bring a little bit of Casa Japa’s charm into my own house. This place is more than just a place to sleep it’s a place that stays with you long after you leave.
