The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain it at the highest standards. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The resort team organized our transfer seamlessly, perfectly timed to coincide with our international flight, which was a huge relief. A special mention goes to Faridun, who personally welcomed us, guided us to our villa, and ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. His attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. Our villa was a haven of comfort, cleaned twice daily with fresh water, towels, and everything else we could possibly need replenished promptly. The attention to detail was outstanding. The dining experience was equally exceptional. The buffet offered a wide variety of cuisines, catering to every palate—whether you’re a fan of traditional Maldivian dishes, Chinese flavors, European classics, or other international options. We were fortunate to have Habib as our server during meals, and his kindness, cheerful demeanor, and attentiveness made each meal a pleasure. He ensured we always had drinks and anything else we needed. We also took advantage of some of the excursions offered by the activities center, which were wonderfully organized and provided unforgettable memories. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, the resort has something for everyone. We wholeheartedly recommend Royal Island Resort to anyone seeking a slice of paradise. I particularly appreciated the little touches—I was celebrating my birthday, and the nice surprise room decoration on the bed and the ice cream at the restaurant were so thoughtful. Even when the weather was bad on a few days, it was fine to stay in the room, as the WiFi was excellent and the comfort made it easy to relax

Especially Janith, he was there for us every single step of the way. He went out of his way to care for us. This is probably the best resort in Fulhadhoo. My wife was pregnant and they went above and beyond to make she had what she needed. At one point I even felt overpampered lol. We had a romantic dinner on the beach and the whole staff came to make that a special event for us. We did the dolphin thing with them too. Saw the dolphins. Everything was impeccably arranged.
