The pool was so cold, but we came at the end of the season (first weekend in October), but it was still lovely. We were even upgraded upon our arrival, as was our daughter and her husband.

Supreme spa area with heated indoor pools, saunas, hot tubs and steam baths with Swarovski crystals is at guests' disposal. Splendid! That's how 5 stars hotel should be like. Everything was perfect. Very clean Stuff was very kindly especially Stefan.

It has a very good location and modern design. The service is top-notch – everyone is extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean, which really adds to the comfort. There's a swimming pool on the 5th floor with a great view. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. A big plus is the excellent restaurant where you can have dinner, we tried many places, but the food there was our favorite. The only small downside is that the hotel is located near a busy street.
