I never met the staff but communication by email and texts provided all information I needed, and their assistance with taxis to airport was very helpful Casablanca airport is only a few kilometres away so I believe this is the nearest. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Casablanca, and the price is really good for this high quality apartment.

The restaurant personnel is kind, helpful and very polite. We felt that everyone was taking care of us and this is something you don't easily find in many hotels. We left more than satisfied and cannot wait to be back!
