Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! We had a few minor hiccups at the start, but the way the team addressed our concerns was truly commendable. The resort is beautifully located — a must-stay if you’re visiting Trinco.

Offering a year-round outdoor swimming pool and views of the sea, Amanta Beach is set in Nilaveli, 20 km from Trincomalee. Each air-conditioned room offers a view. Rooms have a private bathroom. Amanta beach is an exceptional place. Located on a secluded beach, with a beautiful garden. Everything is perfectly maintained. The staff are amazing and very service minded. One of the highlights is the exceptional food. You are treated to combinations of flavours which you have never tasted before, all super fresh, organic and locally produced. We can not emphasize enough how lovely Amanta is, a true slice of paradise!

Situated close to the shores, Bella Nilaveli Beach offers peaceful and comfy accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. Beautiful room, beautiful pool, beautiful property. Lovely helpful staff attending to everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious (loved their version of sambol with peppers and basil). Dinners were lovely too. We recommend this boutique hotel if you are looking for quiet, serene, chill beauty. Loved the sweetest doggies and cats.

A gorgeous sanctuary in a quiet area. A short walk or tuktuk ride to beach and restaurants, but very quiet and relaxing. Clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. The owner is a very friendly and interesting guy. He can arrange anything for you and tell you stories about his life. There was great internet access and every room has a balcony with table and chairs if you are working online or just enjoying a quiet sunset. The pool was clean and brand new. Every room had a kettle and small fridge for snacks if you don’t want to eat out every meal. Breakfast was great and made fresh every day. More food than you could ever finish! When they open their restaurant, I’m sure it will be great, too.

Our stay at this holiday apartment was simply outstanding. Immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, and perfectly located, it offered both comfort and charm. Everything! Secluded, far from the city. We were a bit worried it is far from city center but ended up staying on the property for whole 3 days without leaving at all. Amazing room, private empty beach. Building is beautiful, spacious and very well designed. Your eyes will be resting wherever you look. Staff is super attentive and takes care of anything sometimes before you know you want it. The food is delicious, pricy compared to Sri Lanka but definitely worth the value. Mutton biriyani was out of this world. We were in a low season and there was only 6-10 guests in the hotel. Altogether about 15 rooms on the property. Wake up early to catch the sunrise! Worth every rupee
