Everything was just perfect!! We stayed in Kandy during the heavy rains 11/25 for 4 days and the hotel staff - although the had to work non-stop - took such good care of us. It’s just incredible how they kept things working (not only electricity, hot water supply, but also exceptional service at any time). It was a national tragedy but this hotel was the best place we could have wished to stay. We can totally recommend this luxury und outstanding accommodation!!

The room was more of an apartment than a hotelroom. Internet was fast and stable - something lacking often in Sri Lanka hotels. Nice breakfast, and excellent help with getting us early to the trainstation.
