Ashwini was equally outstanding. Her kindness, attention to detail and natural grace added something very special to our experience. She brought such warmth to every interaction and her thoughtful approach made a real impression on us. She is a credit to the hotel. The setting, the rooms, the food and the ambience are all wonderful, but it is the staff who elevate this place from excellent to truly memorable. We left feeling rested, valued and genuinely cared for. We recommend this hotel without any hesitation and we look forward to returning. The team were so attentive, great service, team was caring, flexible and really looked after us. The apartment is really modern and beautiful, can't recommend this place enough. The location is also superb, it's right next to Park Street Mews, so there were plenty of options nearby to have food and drinks with friends. It's a superb location and at the very centre of Colombo, so everything is close to you. Will be staying here again in the future.
