My husband and I had a great time in this hotel. Foods served was great! Pool area is good as well..the staff entertain us well. Served good food. I highly recommend this hotel. Located is perfect. It's walkable to night market, massage spa , restaurant, coffee shops, mekong river and live bands. :) My hubby and I are gonna go back here in the future. 😍

Bathroom is huge and well appointed.

Everyone could communicate with multiple languages. Staff were the best. Even the security was the best. Hotel smelled so good. Hotel was so clean. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was more than expected with variety and the taste was spot on. The best breakfast ever for the price. Close to everything. Probably one of the safest hotel we ever stayed at. They definitely need more hotels like this in the US.

The staff were very friendly and even helped me with an early check-in, as well as showing me around the hotel facilities (special thanks to Mr. Jin at the spa front desk). The swimming pool was great, and the hotel was not crowded. I will definitely go back again!
