Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). It takes 50 minutes by car to reach Jeju International Airport. Everything is amazing! The bed is the best amongst the hotels/airbnb I had stayed, firm w soft top, not sinking. The outdoor pools heated at 30-39 degrees were awesome in the cold weather of less than 10 degrees. Best of all is the service. I had a migraine episode and asked for a doctor. The guest relations officer, Sunghoon/Steve, with a good command of English, was up at my room to check on me within 5min and the ambulance arrived within maybe just 10min. He drove my friend to the hospital and waited for her. So glad that I chose this hotel. Definitely coming back here and recommending to all my friends!
