Great reception personnel, very efficient room cleaning personnel (we stayed 5 nights without any negative surprises), great cleanliness, great breakfast (western+local), great location if you rented a car which is highly recommended, lovely pool and the personnel was kind with us (contrary to some other reviews apparently? Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). Keep it up!

Absolutely stunning views of the sea and beautiful rooms of the property. The front desk lady was so helpful in checking us in. Worth every penny. It takes 50 minutes by car to reach Jeju International Airport. This was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed! Location, building, our room, all the facilities and the breakfast!
