This property is amazing with beautiful modern clean rooms - me and my friend each had a honeymoon suite which was right by the pool. Rooms were kept nice and cool by the AC and strong ceiling fan to beat the heat and humidity of outside. Lush green surroundings around the rest of the property too, living up to the name of the hotel perfectly! Location is great too - on a nice quiet street but only a couple of blocks away from all of the main action. What really stood out for us was the staff - absolutely incredible. The manager made sure to check in with us both before and during our stay and we were always greeted by big smiles from all the staff who remembered our names, and also greeted with nice cold towels when returning back from tours, which was a really nice touch. We could not believe the quality of the property and the service for the price! We would definitely stay here again and recommend that you do too!

I absolutely loved my stay at The Elephant! The hotel itself was super nice, everything I ate for breakfast or dinner was amazing and full of flavor. They even offered afternoon tea and snacks and their coffee and cocktails were so good. Like in every other review, I also must give special attention to the staff working in the hotel. I have travelled a lot and I have never witnessed even close to this level of hospitality. The hotel has a romantic and couple-y feeling in it, but I never felt uncomfortable as being solo-traveller even when staying in honeymoon suite. After five nights I was sad to leave this paradise but I will for sure return, I could travel back to Siem Reap only to get to stay in this hotel again!
