Amazing facilities when using the premier grand rooms including breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji. Access to the sky lounge included with drinks and snacks which many people didn’t seem to realise. Service was great. Never seen so many staff keen to help at any given moment. Stopped by for afternoon tea (included) and also some days used the bar service (free drinks and more light bites). Room was exceptional. Felt like a spa. Also helpful to have a laundry room available. Almost forgot the front row seats to the light show at the Tokyo metropolitan building. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.
