My children (3&1) loved the baby room with the toy kitchen, and the floor we were on had a small play space by the elevator, the wonderful play area inside and outside is fantastic and the buffet included children’s food & baby food. Just spectacular! My eldest experienced onsen for the first time and it was so spacious and easy for him to get around, he loved it! Me and hubby also loved the lounge evening drinks & snacks (which included sweets for the children - amazing) Thank you to the staff who spoke English for my check in!

Literally right across the street from Utsunomiya Station. We could even see it from our room. We liked that there were so many beds, it was spacious, the rooms were clean, the kitchen was spotless and came with free food such as microwaveable pasta, water, etc (1 per guest). The TV is huge and we could watch Netflix and YouTube. The apartment is on the top floor so noise was never a problem. My favorite part of place was probably the bathroom. It was BIG, AND the tub is a jacuzzi! All amenities, dishes and the such were included so the place actually felt like home.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the onsen and Nikko.
