Stepping out onto the terrace at night in November and soaking in the onsen while listening to the river is something that will stay with us forever. The buffet-style dinner and breakfast were outstanding in both quality and variety. The staff were extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and attentive—fully in line with Japan’s high standards, and genuinely impressive.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the onsen and Nikko.

It is actually a hotel that offers more than what it costs. I booked the room with river view, the room is spacious and clean. It have public onsen and private onsen but you need to arrive early in order to book the private onsen. The meal is delicious and they even offer free flow alchohol drink at dinner!
