Premier Grand features panoramic views of Tokyo. Great location - easy walk to the station but on the quiet side of Shinjuku. Amazing facilities when using the premier grand rooms including breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji. Access to the sky lounge included with drinks and snacks which many people didn’t seem to realise. Service was great. Never seen so many staff keen to help at any given moment. Stopped by for afternoon tea (included) and also some days used the bar service (free drinks and more light bites). Room was exceptional. Felt like a spa. Also helpful to have a laundry room available. Almost forgot the front row seats to the light show at the Tokyo metropolitan building. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

A 30-minute drive away from the property, Hakone Open-Air Museum has an outdoor exhibit with sculptures and an indoor exhibit dedicated to Pablo Picasso. Lake Ashi is a 25-minute drive away. Amazing staff, impressive facilities and the dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing !! Me and my partner really loved the place ! We can't wait to come back. It was definitely worth the experience !
