The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

I was surprised to have 3 beds when there are 3 of us.

Wonderful private onsen on the terrace. Very devoted and friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate any need. The dinners and breakfasts were delicious. The room was spacious with tasteful minimalist design and the beds were comfortable. Yukata and haori were provided.
