Straight to the ski lockers. Great on site restaurant and bar too. The personal service we received was exceptional. The GM, Mirko Corbella greeted us on arrival and Mandy and her team were very attentive and helpful. Isaac drive us up to the gondola and helped us with our skis and boards. Milly helped with restaurant bookings, and we were driven there, and picked up. The on site ski rental shop also provided excellent service.

The sunset view from my window astonishing, large room, great onsen, beautiful design common areas. Dinner was the best I had in Japan. I received a complementary crab 🦀 in the last night for the 3 nights stay.
