Free WiFi is available in all areas. Tatami room was beautiful and very comfortable for families with young children. Concierge staff were so helpful with everything from arranging equipment / furniture for children and securing restaurant bookings. Our family really enjoyed staying here and wish to thank the hotel staff for making our holiday so enjoyable.

I also recommend to arrange the cake with them if you celebrate a birthday or special occasion. The cake price is so good and cheaper than many places and it’s convenient to get it delivered. Will definitely like to come back again!
