We were greeted by the most wonderful staff especially Ashraf who escorted us to the room and was helpful throughout our stay. The lifeguards were outstanding and I am grateful to the lifeguard who watched over us and encouraged us to enjoy our snorkeling experience despite our limited swimming abilities.

Fabulous hotel, the suite was amazing and so was the private pool. We had 24/7 support from one hotel staff, Karen, who was very friendly and took care of all of our preferences. The food was delicious, with lots of variety. The suite was exceptional, spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful view to the sea. We had a great time.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly nice. The room and the bathroom are big, clean, and really nice! The hotel is epic Beds are comfortable Rooms are clean Breakfast I would give it 9/10 Special Thanks to Asem AlOmari, Ahmad at the check in, and Asma at the restaurant. Location is close to city downtown no need to get a ride with nice view to sea and harbour from balcnoy nice sun rise and sunset, room wide and clean ,barking available, and breakfast delicious and varied. The stuff is very friendly and cooperative, especially the receptionist, Mr. Raed abu obaied who was very kind and helped me a lot of evean outside with trip and location to visit outside. Start super super nice, big clean rooms with a super comfortable bed and pillows. View from the rooftop and the room is amazing, you can also have a drink there and enjoy the view. Only downside was that the breakfast didn’t have enough “sweet” things like croissants and so, more salt alternatives. But all in all we are super happy with our stay, there are some parking spots in front of the hotel but they also have parking downstairs with an elevator that brings you directly to it, super comfortable.

You can play billiards and darts at the luxury tent, and the area is popular for hiking and walking tours. In addition to a seasonal outdoor pool, Palmera Camp Wadi Rum also features outdoor play equipment and shared lounge. Sleeping in the desert is a truly amazing experience. We stayed in a bubble tent and loved it. The desert safari was truly the highlight. They had such a nice spread for dinner and breakfast but we felt bad for not eating it all as it was so much food. I would recommend. When my mom and I went, there was very few people at the camp. So we felt a little nervous. The food didn’t make us sick but our stomachs were a little unsettled after. The pool is not heated and in November it was cold. However, when it’s so hot out you truly appreciate the cooling effect.
