Search hotels with pools in Vatnajokull Glacier

only had one stay overnight but the hotel is in a fantastic location, offers great views even when you're not on the sea-side. nice and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and access to hot tub and spa is included in the stay. we basically checked in and used the hot tub outdoors for a while, we even had a bunch of sheep walk by at some point. it was really nice and relaxing, just what we needed after a full day of exploring :)

A very relaxing place where you can rest and be surrounded only by the glacier views, the ocean and fields with sheeps 🐑 It’s only 30-40min drive from the Glacier Lagoon and there are several other sightseeing locations around. The nearest town Hofn is about 20-30min drive away where you can find gas stop, groceries store and local swimming pool. At this place almost every night we were able to catch the Northen lights just by going outside from our cabin. Plus, you can have pretty great dinner at the same place.

We stayed in one of the suites and it was a brilliant room with incredible views. The hot tub and terrace were great. We have a view of the waterfall from our bed and it was great.

- it’s located in between the towns we were travelling, so it was a good spot for us to rest before sunset - complimentary indoor sauna and outdoor spa (need to prebook at reception) - restaurant (need booking) and bar are available, there were sandwiches and soft drinks for sale near the reception - aurora wake up service available - room and bathroom were reasonably clean
