My girlfriend was traveling alone with her mother, and the hotel staff arranged everything perfectly — they were welcomed directly at the airport and taken care of right away. Despite arriving quite late, they were still warmly received and even served dinner. They felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout their stay. Highly recommended.

Clean, great service, amazing food, modern facilities - everything you need in a hotel. We arrived late (around 10pm), they smoothly picked us up from the airport and kept the restaurant open late, so we could have dinner. Food was great, chai was delicious (didn't try the coffee). The only thing to improve would be the gym - it would be great if they could add some weights. 10 out of 10 would stay there again!

A special mention to the staff — warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We relaxed, made new friends, and genuinely didn’t want to leave. Also the staff are very attentive and kind. Akhil took us for a morning walk and showed us around the property which we really enjoyed and Jinu made sure we were happy each meal. We also loved the badminton and many other games they had available. Definitely stay here if you get the chance.
