The staff are excellent and couldn't do enough for you, they are all professional and polite across all departments. A big shout out to Prem and his team who took care of our bedroom and Devender and his team in the restaurant. Slept fantastically in comfy bed. A memorable stay.

The staff were incredible and are a credit to this hotel. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Taj Mahal/Agra or Delhi monuments as it offers a calm place to return to each evening. The bedrooms have everything you could need and are finished to a very high specification! They even accommodated our request of a room with a bath - thank you!

Every single employee was extremely professional and friendly. The response time to every request was unbelievably fast. It was probably the best service I’ve ever received in a hotel. The spa treatment was very relaxing and the food was amazing. The room was very big, clean and nicely furnished. Everything was just flawless. The value for money was also great! I would definitely stay here again.
