The accommodation was clean, beautifully designed, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a restful getaway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with cheerful smiles, making us feel genuinely welcome. The food was delicious; I especially loved the special Nasi Goreng, Rissoles, and refreshing fresh orange juice. I was lucky to have a room with a lake view—absolutely stunning and serene. It added a peaceful charm to the whole experience. I would happily return and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Airport transfers can be arranged at an extra charge. First time in Lake Toba and hotel is located by the lake and view is superb. The manager Jay has helped us to book the car so that we can comfortably to ferry terminal and the cost for car is very reasonable. He also gave us advice on where to visit during our visit. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend Toba Village Inn.
