The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The game rooms provided entertainment to kids between 5 and 16 years old. The restaurant is great and absolutely willing to accommodate different requests.

I forgot my reservation with half board, and had dinner before arrival. My suggestion is that hotel should remind customer the last order time of restaurant for late arrival.
