We loved everything here: the vibe when you walk in, the musical theme that plays throughout, and the welcoming staff not just at the front desk but in the restaurant for breakfast, Matthew and Jason looked after us each morning, and they were great, the staff on the rooftop, remembering your drinks and getting them for you, everything about this place was great and is a definite 5-star hotel, close to some great restaurants including bestia which was also awesome!! I short would 100% stay here again if in Budapest. A note on Budapest itself was its a beautiful, clean and well looked after city that really surprised me, we were only here to start a river cruise but would visit for sure.

Every employee we have had contact with is friendly and speaks good English. They allowed us to check in about an hour earlier. The entire hotel has been renovated. The location is amazing because it is close to all tourist attractions and yet you have the feeling that you are in nature and it is very quiet. The room is large with a terrace, the beds are very comfortable, all the necessary amenities are available, and the heating is fully adjustable. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The spa is a highlight — pools with different water temperatures, saunas, massages, etc. Overall, we will definitely return to this hotel.
