The photo's of the rooms, apartments and pool area are actually true to life and totally exceeded our expectations. The interior design of rooms and apartments are beautiful. The pool are is gorgeous. It gives 5 star hotel vibes. We enjoyed breakfasts and brunches in the pantry restaurant and the short walk into the old town and seafront for dinner and drinks each evening. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop taking you to local beaches. The reception and cleaning staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the ferry port. We loved our trip to Naxos and Naxos village hotel is our favourite hotel in all the Greek islands we've visited. Book it, you won't regret it!

The host, Thassos, was really helpful and kind. He recommended great places in the town and even arranged us transfer and taxi. Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. There is a large panoramic seating area and a rooftop terrace with views of the Aegean Sea. The owner gave us much help. One of our partners lost his luggage on the ferry, and the owner called the ferry company many times to ask for us. Although the luggage is still not found, we appreciate the owner's help sincerely.

Some units also include a well-equipped kitchenette with dining area. Fantastic hotel and really helpful and nice staff. I highly recommend the island tour organised by the hotel, Lefteris is an excellent guide.

A state-of-the art fitness centre and sauna are also available. Excellent location, great facilities and brilliant breakfast. Staff were really welcoming and helpful throughout the visit. They could not do enough to make the visit more comfortable. Our room was fabulous, with a great balcony we could all sit on overlooking the pool.

The state-of-the-art facilities include saunas, hammam and indoor heated pools. The location is everything, the rooms were amazing and they have a lot to do. The staff was amazing the day and night shift . A Big thank you to Managers and Anastasia for taking good care of our family + all the people working in all the restaurants all over the hotel and a big thank you to the Gulf drivers.
