Staff was very professional and helpful, yet friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and were provided complimentary free breakfast. Liana, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to plan the visits around and gave us great suggestions. Furthermore, she invited us to the Easter party lunch organized by the hotel with traditional music and tasty food. Breakfast is buffet style, everything is freshly made and very well presented. Finally, food was very delicious. The garage is free , which is a bonus. I would definitely choose to stayhere again whenever I visit Crete.

Where do I start - we truly enjoyed our holidays at Enorme Santanna Beach Hotel. The facilities and rooms have very nice, clean design. From the hotel there is a nice view to the city and mountains. Hotel is located next to the beach which is fully equipped beach with comfortable sunbeds and beach bar. The beach is rocky - black rock and sand beach, but I really liked the character of the beach. Although the sea bottom itself is rocky, still it is possible to comfortably enter it and swim. Food was excellent - fresh and delicious, I especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner, it’s wide variety of different cusines and desserts were outstanding. The staff is friendly, kind and always ready to help you, so for the hotel staff itself I give 10/10. You are great and doing a great job there! As this was the first part of our trip and we did not want to do anything much just sunbathe on the beach and relax, we found this a perfect choice.

The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well-kept. There is a very nice pool. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was great, but after being there for 7 days, the repetitive food got a bit boring. Additionally, if you're tall and a bit overweight, you might find the lack of space in the shower - it was quite narrow. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it to others.
