Location, the helpful staff, amazing views, clean super comfortable bed, yes amazing views, truly one of the best places I’ve stayed in.

The view from our room was fantastic, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the hotel's restaurant is perfect. One of the best things is a free shuttle to the Chania center where it is very problematic and expensive to find a parking, so we've used this service almost every evening!
