All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The hospitality tray was filled with beverages and snacks along with 2 bottles of water. It was a bonus to have a fan in the room as I like to fall asleep to white noise. The restaurant food was delicious and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. The swimming pool looked inviting but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it, maybe next time we will as we like the hotel so much we've already booked another stay!

We spent a night here and the experience was amazing. Nice, clean room with friendly host that went above and beyond so that our stay is perfect. The spa area is very well maintained and breakfast was a treat.

Wished we were able to spend more time there. Got there around 7pm after a day of sightseeing and traveling. We didn't meet any staff, so at that point it was self checkin, which went fairly smoothly. Enjoyed evening swimming at the pool. And lovely walk around the gardens the next morning. Extended our time there to enjoy the facility. Much more than expected. Family wants to come back to spend more quality time.

Everything! Sue is very kind and hospitable! The room and adjoining dressing room and bath were nicely furnished/equipped, including an electric kettle with various hot drink options. Breakfast was exceptional! Lots of choices! Yum! The property is picturesque, and the chirping birds really add to the natural ambiance. Just lovely!
