The Spa was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room. great location with easy access to the NEC and the train.

Hotel receptionist was very welcoming on our arrival! Room was spacious and clean with lovely refreshments. Spa facilities were great. Breakfast was very good with pleasant helpful staff. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring and wonderful for shopping. Room was large and clean, breakfast very reasonably priced, lovely dining room. All members of staff were really nice and helpful. Hotel location in the midst of lush greenery and the historic wonder of the structures were amazing. The room was quite large and the shower refreshing. Breakfast was really good and staff especially helpful. Walking around the grounds is unforgettable.
