Access to the Arden Leisure Club is complimentary for all hotel residents throughout the duration of their stay. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and couldn't have done more to be accommodating! Receiving parcels, holding my luggage, and answering any questions I had. Would highly recommend!

The fully-equipped leisure centre features a heated indoor swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and fitness suite. There is also a 24-hour front desk service. We arrived several hours early and was welcomed by the staff lady and told that our room was ready. We had only expected to be able to leave our luggage but we were able to check in. We also arrived for breakfast at 9:40am and found it closed at 9:30 but nothing was too much trouble for the manager and staff and we were able to have breakfast.

The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Modern bedrooms have high speed internet access, flat-screen digital TVs, and extensive room service. (Please kindly note to enjoy full use of our pool, hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas, thermal suite, and spa relaxation areas there is an upgrade fee). Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.

Great hotel - Christmas decorations beautiful and the smell as you walk in reception is beautiful. Great staff and rooms fantastic. This hotel is really pet friendly - dog bowl and bed provided but most importantly clear rules about what you can and can’t do and all reasonable. Spa fantastic and lovely staff (Marina)
