The hotel features an indoor pool, fitness centre, evening entertainment and room service. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, and situated in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the friendly staff. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Very well appointed room with very comfortable bed. There had been a problem with my initial reservation but the reception cleared it up very quickly.

It features an exquisite restaurant and serves cocktails until late at the highest bar in London. Had breakfast in the room. Excellent service and attention to detail .

In beautiful Lakeland surroundings overlooking an idyllic brook, Glencree is situated between the villages of Bowness and Windermere. With free parking and free Wi-Fi, it serves hearty breakfasts cooked to order. Guests can swim in the property's off-site pool. Located in a perfect location within walking distance of a number of eating establishments Breakfast and staff were extremely helpful. Had a room on the top floor with a vertical spiral staircase. Ask for this room. Provided parking which was also a plus. The rate should have been higher as one could not ask for more. Would have paid more without a second thought.

The hotel was once visited by the likes of Sir Winston Churchill, Frank Sinatra and Katherine Hepburn. Clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful
