Rain shower and a large bath in the bathroom. Beautiful breakfast area with great selection. All staff really friendly, professional and helpful. Room cleaned well each day. We enjoyed the lake view very much! Lake Geneva is awesome!

One of the most amazing experiences. It was like staying with family. Lucia’s check in instructions were so clear and she made sure to be there to greet us. The studio apartment has absolutely everything you need for a short stay. Full kitchen (they put all kinds of condiments in the fridge). Everything looked new and beautifully done. There is a sitting area over looking the lake. We loved our time here and would return in a heart beat. Thank you Lucia and Jordi for your amazing hospitality.

The spa area includes an indoor infinity-edge pool and a fitness room. Massages are available on request, also in the rooms. Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Guests can enjoy the restaurant 57° Grill, the cosy bar, the outdoor pool, the modern leisure area with sauna, hammam and a treatment room called "Le Boudoir" by flyspa, as well as the terrace facing the lake. Staff was very friendly, the pool was quiet and very cozy early in the morning and later in the afternoon. During the day it gets a bit busy. The location of the hotel is simply amazing. It has lake view and is really few meters away from the promenade.

The spa area is spread across 2,500 m² and facilities include a hammam, saunas, steam baths, a fitness centre and 17 treatment rooms. Access to the spa area is not permitted for children under 14 years and a daytime (09:00 to 18:00) childcare centre is available free of charge at the hotel. Indoor swimming-pool is accessible to children every day from 2pm to 4pm. The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.
