The location was just great, next to the Plaza Mayor and the famous Marcado San Miguel. The breakfast was also very complete. The hotel was clean and the common areas (spa, rooftop, bar/dinner room) were all looking very nice, comfortable and fancy. The staff was very charming and always very helpful!

Access to the VP Biloba Spa is exclusively reserved for adults. Children aged 12 and over can enter when accompanied by an adult. The spa entrance fee is 10 EUR, although it is free when booking a suite, junior suite, junior suite with terrace, or presidential suite. Rooftop pool only available during the summer season. Everything was perfect.. the location, the services provided, and the professionalism of the staff.
