I loved that the rooms were so well equipped with everything you could need. Washing machine, dish washer and the supplies needed to run them. A kitchen with a table and chairs, a couch, closet, mirror, bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The room and bathroom were clean and a good size. Helpful reception staff 24/7. My son is in a wheelchair, so they moved us out of our room, which was already a good size to a room with disabled facilities such as a shower chair and bathroom safety rails. Also super central, with easy public transport right outside the hotel. Very happy and impressed!

Very closed to metro station When we arrived, the hotel's concierge, Mr. Franky, greeted us and helped us with whatever we needed. Mr. Franky made us feel very comfortable and friendly. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and Ms. Jackeline upgraded our room at a special price. The welcome was really sweet from her as was the cake that was waiting for us as a gift in our room. Very nice interior pool , nice bar and very good breakfast ! Need to say that we are excited for both Westin Hamburg and Hamburg city . for sure , we will be back ❤
