The balcony offers amazing views of the lake and alps! The wellness center is perfect to chill, there’s sauna, infrared room, big pool, shower etc. The views are also amazing from here! Staff is super nice, the restaurant is beautiful with views and parking is easy.

There is also a thermal water spa centre with 6 pools and a sauna where guests can relax. The staff were very friendly and the spa was amazing. It was easy to find a place by yourself in the upstairs infinity pools. The physiotherapist was amazing and really helped my pain levels. The food was incredible. Plentiful and of a very high and tasty standard. A seven course dinner no less and included in half board. The hotel had free e-bikes to borrow and the town was set out so perfectly for riding around. You can ride over the bridge between Germany and Austria. There were many fitness activities you could sign up for like stretching and water aerobics. I had a wonderful time. I could have stayed there another week at least!

After an eventful day in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, relax and unwind in the Hotel Zugspitze's spa area, where your will find an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, a hot tub, plunge pools and a fitness room. I went to this hotel with my partner for our (mid) 3 year anniversary and we loved every moment of it: -Location was absolutely perfect! A traditional small german town, so there's a lot of great food but if you get tired of the Bavarian flavor, then there is an asian restaurant and an Indian one. -The hotel is a walking distance from everything; a grocery store, a pharmacy, souvenir shops..etc -Staff were AMAZING: I appreciated that even though we had to leave our booking 1 day earlier than planned, the amazing man at the reception gave us a 40 Euro discount! -Super super quiet at night. This is amazing considering if you live in a big city, you know how annoying the street sounds can be! (so amazing sleep, super comfortable and cozy). -There was parking for our rental car indoors which made it so much easier than finding parking by the hotel. -Breakfast was sooo nice! We had it every day when we were there when we usually don't care too much for it! (those german sausages!! YUM!) Overall such a wonderful experience. Would 100% stay again!

All of the faciliites were lovely in particular the outside swimming pool and I very much appreciated the indoor pool being open 24 hours. Potentially the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I felt incredibly rested after my stay. Some really thoughtful small touches such as wine/champagne at reception for guests and coffee in the morning to take with you as you start your day. I also loved the gift of a loaf of sourdough at the end of my trip - a very nice touch. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Can't fault anything about my trip at all.
