We were met at the doorway by a friendly gentleman who showed us to reception. The reception staff themselves were very friendly, polite and profession and gave us great information. Breakfast was a buffet affair and while there were a lot of people, there was plenty to go around and the food was of a high standard. The food changed daily which was appreciated and the fresh fruit was delicious. The room was super clean and of a big size - shout-out to housekeeping- and the bed was very comfortable. The communal areas bar, restaurants were tastefully decorated. The hotel is very well located. It was very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, but very close walking distance to the pier where you can take tours from. You can also walk to the public beaches and the main strip with restaurants and bars and shops in just a few minutes. Very much recommend this hotel to others, great value and great service

I was pleasantly surprised by this last-minute choice. The staff were incredibly welcoming, spoke English, and went above and beyond — from arranging taxis to helping me book a wonderful last-minute island tour. The room had a lovely view, and the location is close to restaurants and main spots on the island, making everything very easy.

The property is secure, private and quiet. Luis and Liz, owners, are quick to reach out after booking to explain important details such as Tourism cards, bug spray and airport pick up The bus stops directly in front of the property on the island’s perimeter road. We did not use the bus as we easily rented a Mule or scooter on site for each of the days. This allowed us easy access to all of the island’s amenities. The pool area was well kept with a variety of pool furniture. Blue lizards and birds are seen on the premises. Coffee is ready near the pool early each morning. Breakfast is made to order, prompt and can be eaten on the on suite deck or near the pool.

Very good value! Perfect view of the sea from an ample balcony. Good location, next to supermarkets, 5 minutes walking to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. I loved our stay at the hotel as it's located in a quiet area surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The rooms were comfy and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We rented a scooter to get around the island and visit different beaches. You can rent a scooter or golf cart directly at the hotel.

The housekeeper came every day, even Christmas Day. This was unexpected and welcomed. Our host Lyndon was amazing! He was so friendly and helpful, always willing to help us out. He even got a side by side for us to rent, which really is a necessity in Providencia. The rate was reasonable, too. The location was walking distance to town and some restaurants.
