I recently stayed at Niccolo Chengdu, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Location: The hotel is situated in the heart of Chun Xi Road, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away! Comfort: The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities in the room were fantastic, from the plush linens to the thoughtful touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. Service: The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt warmly welcomed throughout my stay. Value: Considering the location, comfort, and level of service, I found my stay to be an excellent value for the price. It made my trip even more special knowing I had a great place to return to each day. Overall, I highly recommend Niccolo Chengdu for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Chengdu. I can’t wait to return!

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a sixth consecutive year. Absolutely amazing service, incredible breakfast, and easy to get to all the attractions! The doormen are very helpful solved my problem I had with my Alipay which was nice. Reception was incredibly helpful with allowing a late checkout because I got there really late. Overall was a perfect experience! Definitely will come again!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, but what stood out most was the warm and friendly staff. They were always quick to help and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We like the location. It’s away from the busy streets and nice and quiet, yet a Didi ride can get you to the nearest mall in under 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

The views all around are out of this world – waking up to such scenery felt like a dream. The location is perfect, honestly, I don’t think it could be better. Breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were just wonderful – always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt very personal and relaxed. Truly a fantastic place, with great people in an unforgettable setting. I wish I could have stayed longer – it really doesn’t get better than this!

Ideal for a quiet getaway at this time of year. Loved the balcony bath. Very relaxing late at night watching the lights change over the Waterfall. We had an early morning flight and the staff had a breakfast bag organised in the lobby for us before our transport arrived. Totally unexpected but so lovely.
