We stay for 6 nights to attend the Canton fair. All at the hotel is excellent, very confortable beds, nice big rooms.Location and breakfast excelent. Very nice people at front desk and very specially the Concierge Charles, who help us buy on line suitcases and gave us all directions to restaurants and help us in all we requiere, it was like having a personal friend, shopper and translator.

It is 35 km from Baiyun International Airport. I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton! The staff (Alin)were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to attractions and dining options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great hotel experience!

The accommodation offers a concierge service, free shuttle service and currency exchange for guests. I was surprised to find the hotel located in an oasis right at the heart of Guangzhou. The green, nature friendly vibe was definitely a plus plus, and the views are spectacular - you could see the Canton Tower very vividly from the riverside. Not all the staffs speak fluent English but they were supportive during our stay. The architecture was Ling-nan influenced with some modern twists, really loved the details. Food was impressive too.

Sheraton Guangzhou Panyu is the world's gathering place that warmly inviting conversations and connections for both work and relaxation. While I stayed in the hotel, all staff were very helpful, kind, & nice. Even though my room had a little problem, the manager took good care of that issue & even upgraded my room. I felt very comfortable rest of days until checked out. Also, special thanks to Rio & Albert, both of the managers really helped me a lot.
