Big breakfast. Right next to the train station. The bar was nice and you get to meet some interesting people.

On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Great hotel! The pool was amazing. When we arrived it was raining so it fit perfectly to us haha. Also, we were expecting just a pool with warm water but were pleasantly surprised that it also had hydromassage. Breakfast was very good and the staff as well.

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.

During the summer months the outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax while your children have fun on the playground, in the games rooms, or on the electric car track. The staff accommodated all of our special requests. The accommodation cost included ski equipment hire from the shop across the road. Excellent restaurant on site. Lovely room. Friendly staff.

I highly recommend everyone to try it at least once. Everything you could need was provided, the place was spotless and well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. It truly is one of the best accommodations. The view of the mountains and nature is breathtaking, and there’s easy access to nearby restaurants. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and well-organized. I would definitely stay here again
