See- und Seminarhotel FloraAlpina enjoys an idyllic location at the shores of Lake Lucerne, outside the village of Vitznau. It offers a large park with an outdoor wellness area with sauna and cooling pool. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We were there for only one night, and it was far beyond our expectations. They upgraded us to a deluxe room with the lake view that was recently renovated. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Indoor wellness was closed due to the renovation, but the Jacuzzi and Sauna outside were amazing, clean, and with beautiful views. Breakfast was very delicious and complete. Hotel dinner was also tasty, with great ambiance and reasonable prices. There was also a very convenient on-demand transit between the hotel and Vitznau station!

The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Very clear appartment! The breakfast was very delicious 😋

This hotel has been by far the most unique and amazing experience ive ever had away from my home. The staff are world class. Views are incredible. I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace. Las was the one who waited for us to be the last person to be checked in while Sandy who was there at the check out.. i really love the place it is so cozy and near to almost everything except that i was a bad weather we went to luzern and we need to cut the trip short... but if i get a chance to comeback this will be a place to stay! You guys are magicians at creating an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort! Everything was simply perfect: delicious, clean, friendly, beautiful, but what surprised me most was that the managers really listened to people's comments here! Can you imagine, it turns out there are managers in this world who really improve the service after complaints from guests!? 😁 And absolutely everything I read here about the hotel before checking in, absolutely all the wishes of previous guests, were met and fulfilled. You guys truly set the highest standards in the business! My deepest gratitude! We will definitely be back!
