One of the most amazing experiences. It was like staying with family. Lucia’s check in instructions were so clear and she made sure to be there to greet us. The studio apartment has absolutely everything you need for a short stay. Full kitchen (they put all kinds of condiments in the fridge). Everything looked new and beautifully done. There is a sitting area over looking the lake. We loved our time here and would return in a heart beat. Thank you Lucia and Jordi for your amazing hospitality.

Great little studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are also so incredibly kind, and even drove me to the train station when my pre-planned transport fell through. They really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Incredible views of the lake as well!

Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Amazing view of the lake, great location to walk near the water and to explore the rest of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious room, the bathroom was a dream 😍.
