The location is excellent. The spa is beautiful and the views from everywhere we stayed were great. The Staff were all very friendly and the level of service exceptional. We loved every minute of it.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Staying here was truly a memorable experience, made even better by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was in Lucerne to compete in the Swiss City Marathon, and they graciously prepared an early breakfast to fit my race schedule. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

Gästehaus by Stoos Hotels, a property with a garden and a bar, is located in Stoos, 30 km from Einsiedeln Abbey, 40 km from KKL Culture and Convention Centre Lucerne, as well as 41 km from Chapel Bridge. The accommodation provides free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a traditional restaurant. Spa and wellness zone is outstanding and priced reasonably. The room was clean and equipped with needed for short stay amenities, staff helpful, breakfast is good. It is a great place to stay and I will definitely come back!

Great amenities, super nice and friendly staff, greaaat rooms and super nice facilities. It’s just one of the nicest stays we had in Switzerland.

The luxurious Park Hotel Vitznau right at the banks of Lake Lucerne has been entirely renovated in 2012 and 2013 and features its own private beach, 2 restaurants, a large spa area and free garage parking.

The hotel’s 1000m² spa centre features a steam bath, 3 saunas and an adventure pool. Warm welcome and very good service, very friendly welcoming team, positive energy all over the place. The Spa is just exceptional.

Guests over 14 years enjoy free access to the Frutt Spa that features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Guests can book relaxing massages and treatments which use local spa products. The Frutt Family Spa is available for children younger than 14 years. We had an amazing stay at Frutt Mountain (Lago Lodge)! The hotel was incredibly kid-friendly and baby-friendly, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. For the kids, there was a game room with a bowling alley, a cinema room, and even Lego plates at the kids’ buffet – such a fun touch! For our baby, they provided everything we needed, including a baby bathtub, baby body wash, diapers, and wipes. At dinner, they even had a special infant chair for babies who can’t hold their heads up yet – we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness. The whole place was spotless and very well organized. The buffet and sit-down dinner were both extremely delicious. The staff made our stay extra special – Lucca, the manager, was incredibly helpful, our server Stefan was wonderful, and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind. Our room had a breathtaking view, as if we were staying right inside a Scottish loch. Walking around the lake and seeing the cows nearby was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. We’ll definitely be back!
