It offers a large park with an outdoor wellness area with sauna and cooling pool. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Lovely Swiss hotel with Old World Charm. Loved the bathtub with a beautiful view. Delicious meals as well and enjoyed watching Eurocopa with the Swiss. Pool nice and warm as well. Also enjoyed the sax and guitar music at the birthday celebration.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Lovely rooms and view. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Convenient on bus route.

The accommodation provides free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a traditional restaurant. Both of us really liked the spa&wellness. For a symbolic price we had access to several high quality saunas. Room was also excellent.

The hotel exceeded every expectation I had, offering a level of luxury and comfort that felt almost unreal. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction, making me feel like a truly valued guest from the moment I arrived. I can honestly say this is one of the finest hotels I have ever experienced, and I would return in a heartbeat.

Bürgenstock Cinema is available for all guests at a charge of CHF 15 per person per movie. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The service was excellent, and the staff made me feel very special. The design is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable with great attention to detail. ‏The dining experience was outstanding, with fresh and delicious meals paired with exceptional service. The spa, overlooking stunning views, added another layer of relaxation to my stay. ‏I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and was warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift of champagne and chocolates. It was an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely return in the future.

Spa facilities include various saunas and steam baths, an ice grotto, a hot tub, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. This is one of the best hotels out there. From the very start the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was absolutely stunning and the food was 10/10. It's located in a cute/quiet town. It's absolutely perfect for a Christmas holiday!

The hotel’s 1000m² spa centre features a steam bath, 3 saunas and an adventure pool. It was great for our family. Clean, great swimming pool for the kids and lovely room

Guests over 14 years enjoy free access to the Frutt Spa that features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Guests can book relaxing massages and treatments which use local spa products. The Frutt Family Spa is available for children younger than 14 years. The spa is wonderful, and the rooms are very nice and comfortable.
