The hotel is very beautiful, but the attention of the staff was incredible, they explained everything very well, they served us with patience, even some of the staff communicated with us in Spanish. With the Brienzer Rothorn as background, Hotel Lindenhof offers panoramic views of Lake Brienz and features a Finnish sauna and swimming pool. Free WiFi is provided in public areas. Very large room with amazing view of the mountains. The hotel and our room were very clean. Parking, breakfast and the pool and sauna were all included. The staff were very friendly and ready to answer questions or help with information. We especially loved Joy who checked us in and helped us with the remote control to our TV. My husband said this was one of his most favorite hotels. We could easily walk into the lovely town of Brienz. The location was close to many of the towns and cities we planned to visit and then we could come back and enjoy the pool and sauna which were such a plus. It was also nice to have a restaurant on site which we went to twice for dinner. The food was very good and the staff very nice and helpful with questions about the menu.

It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.
