We had a wonderful stay at the Grandhotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful, in particular Sebastian at reception. We stayed in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel with a small balcony and a spectacular view of Lake Brienz and the waterfall. The room was really clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was delicious and well presented. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, with a lovely walk down to the lake, the funicular train, and several hikes around the waterfall. The outdoor pool area is also lovely, both for a swim and to sit down for a while. A wonderful, tranquil slice of heaven. Can't wait to return!

We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

My father has reduced mobility but he didn’t feel uncomfortable in this apartment. Everything was to the point. Would DEFINITELY recommend it.

Great place.. The room was comfy with a balcony and a spectacular view. Free parking. Great facilities (Bar, pool and outside deck). The staff was very friendly and warm - we loved the lady at check-in! The location was comfortable - 6 minutes from Interlaken by car. Breakfast had multiple options. We received a 15% discount voucher for different attraction nearby at check-in.
