The hotel is very beautiful, but the attention of the staff was incredible, they explained everything very well, they served us with patience, even some of the staff communicated with us in Spanish. I would definitely return.

The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.
