Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. Beauty treatments are available as well. Everything. Great hotel, nice and clean pool/room, breakfast was great, lunch/dinner also. Possibility to rent ebikes. Really top notch.

Offering an indoor pool and a sauna,the Braunbär Hotel & Spa is situated close to the station in the car-free village of Wengen, which is only reachable by train. The Männlichen Cable Car is located right across from the property. The lounge bar is equipped with a cosy fireplace. Using the spa after check out was really amazing, thank you, with that it was absolutely worth the price!

Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. the second time i book this hotel (9 years after the first time), and the quality of the hotel is just the same, if not better, amazing hotel, worth every bit paid to stay in it, and the services ooh the services, just feels like in heaven
