I particularly enjoyed the layout of the room and the dressing area. The best thing by far was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and they responded swiftly and professionally to all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto.

Tony and Bonnie were what made the stay extra special - very welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. Bonnie made a lovely breakfast (omelette, toast, fruit cocktail etc) which was delicious, served with the other guests staying there - which was different but nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely big bed. Location wise - it was a 10 minute walk into Niagara on the lake - so far enough away to be quiet and peaceful and avoid the crowds....and close enough to walk into the bars cafes and shops.....And they have a pool.
